I was born and raised in South Glens Falls, New York and moved to the Syracuse area in 2008 to start my career as a teacher. I currently teach 8th grade math in the Liverpool Central School District. Together with my beautiful wife, Kathleen, we raise our three sons, Kaiden, Karter and Konnor and our dog Nel.
I picked up my first camera, a Canon Rebel t3i back in 2013 to prepare for our honeymoon trip to Europe. While on that trip, I fell in love with the art of photography. Upon returning to the US, I quickly set out to learn as much as I could about the art. In 2014, I joined the Professional Photographer Society of Central NY, where I found a collaborative network of peers to help guide me along my journey. In 2015 I began my photography business, “Pics with Brad,” and each year since I have been fortunate to watch it grow.
I specialize in senior portraiture and family sessions. In April of 2018, I won 4 blue ribbons, 2 red ribbons and a judge’s choice award for my entries in the Professional Photographer Society of New York FOCUS image competition. I am an outgoing individual who wants to share what I have learned with my peers.
